Michael Sousa is the President of System One’s Life Sciences organization, Joulé, where he focuses his efforts on its growth, culture, and strategic vision. His leadership philosophy is rooted in delivering solutions and creating a flawless customer service experience for clients, consultants, and his team. Mike firmly believes that an organization committed to principles, core values, and fundamentals allows for its members to embrace ingenuity and deliver at the highest performance level.

Prior to joining Joulé, Mike spent 5 years as the President of Fahrenheit IT, a leading technology staffing and recruiting company based out of Denver, CO. Fifteen years prior, he helped lead Tech USA from a start-up organization to one of the top 10 percent of recruiting firms in the country. He opened several offices for Tech USA while serving in multiple roles, ultimately as the Executive Vice President of its IT division.

Throughout his career, Mike has been highly awarded, earning President’s Club over 15 times as both a sales rep and executive leader. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Villanova University.

Quinn VanGorden is the Executive Vice President of System One’s Life Sciences organization, Joulé, where he focuses on driving strategic growth, strengthening client partnerships, and leading high-performing teams across the healthcare, life sciences, and technology sectors. With more than 25 years of experience in the staffing and consulting industry, Quinn brings a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and operational excellence. His leadership is defined by a commitment to innovation, collaboration, and delivering world-class workforce solutions.

Before joining Joulé, Quinn held multiple senior leadership roles within national and global organizations, including TEKsystems and DISYS, where he led large-scale business development initiatives, managed P&L across multiple markets, and guided teams serving top global clients in healthcare and life sciences. Throughout his career, Quinn has been recognized for building strong teams, executing strategic sales initiatives, and delivering exceptional results for clients and partners alike. His passion for growth and innovation continues to shape Joulé’s mission to empower the science and healthcare communities with the talent and solutions they need to thrive.

Ginny Walz is the Vice President of System One’s Life Sciences organization, Joulé, where she passionately drives operational excellence and leads service delivery within the scientific and clinical staffing sectors. With over 20 years of rich experience in staffing, Ginny is wholly committed to enhancing client satisfaction, fostering team development, and creating scalable workforce solutions. In her current role, she skillfully oversees recruitment operations and inspires a talented team of recruiting managers to achieve outstanding results.

Her career journey is a testament to her unwavering dedication and growth. Prior to joining Joulé, Ginny built a solid reputation in the Philadelphia market with Kelly Services, advancing through crucial onsite and branch management roles. Her experience further expanded as a Selling Branch Manager at Adecco, where she honed her skills in sales-driven team leadership and operational P&L management. Since becoming part of Joulé, Ginny has continuously embraced new challenges, advancing through leadership ranks to her current esteemed position as Vice President. Ginny’s enthusiasm and expertise make her an invaluable asset to her team and clients alike!

Steve Demanovich is the Senior Vice President of System One’s Life Sciences organization, Joulé, where he leads efforts to deliver workforce solutions, outsourced services, and management consulting to clients across the life sciences industry. With more than 35 years of experience, Steve is recognized for building high-performing business operations that provide specialized talent, flexible delivery, and exceptional client outcomes.

Throughout his long tenure at Joulé, Steve has played a key role in expanding the organization’s capabilities and national reach, helping clients execute critical initiatives efficiently and economically without compromising quality. His leadership is defined by a commitment to operational excellence, accountability, and delivering tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.

Anissa Joyner is the Senior Director of Operations for System One’s Life Sciences organization, Joulé, where she leads operational strategy, performance optimization, and service delivery across the clinical division. With more than 20 years of experience in clinical staffing and operations management, she has built a reputation for driving efficiency, implementing innovative systems, and leading teams that deliver exceptional results for clients and consultants alike.

Anissa joined Joulé in 2020 and has advanced through several leadership roles, including Recruitment Operations Manager and Director of Operations for the Clinical Division. Before joining Joulé, she spent two decades with inVentiv Health Clinical (now Syneos Health), managing operations within a global clinical research organization. Dedicated to building relationships and advancing careers in the life sciences, Anissa is passionate about empowering people and strengthening the clinical workforce that fuels innovation and discovery.
